We have a great room available for rent for a female in our signle family house on a very quiet street in lovely Nepean.

The room is fully furnished and all furniture is almost new (1 year old or so). The bathroom is spaciuos.
The house has plenty of space on the first floor - 3 more rooms plus a kitchen.
We have a finished and furnished basement.
All appliances are brand new.
We also offer parking.

All unitilies, including wireless or cable internet are included. Cable TV as well. We have AC and great furnace for winter.

We are 3 minutes away from big malls. All stores are close by, including 5-6 grocery stores.

Rent is month to month. We ask for security deposit of $300, which we give back when you leave.
